200H OM Vinyasa Foundational TTC
The 200 Hour OM Vinyasa Teacher Training is built around the Ohana Method, an approach that combines intelligent movement, clear teaching structure, and a deep respect for yogic tradition.
The training is designed to help students understand the practice from the inside out, developing both a strong personal practice and the ability to guide others with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Through practice, study, and shared experience, students learn how to connect philosophy, movement, breath, and sequencing into a teaching style that feels grounded and genuine.
