Welcome to Ohana

    Welcome To The Ohana Community

Starting something new can feel exciting and uncertain at the same time. At Ohana, the first step is simply showing up. Our spaces are designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a break, you will find a practice that meets you where you are. Yoga at Ohana is not about perfection. It is about movement, breath, exploration, and connection. Every class becomes an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and to be part of a community that grows together.

What If I am new to Yoga?

Many of our students began exactly where you are now. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or familiar with the practice. Our teachers guide each class with clear instruction and options so everyone can move at their own rhythm. Over time, strength, mobility, and confidence naturally develop. The most important step is simply to begin.

Ohana offers a variety of practices to support different moods, energies, and intentions.

    Dynamic practice

For a dynamic practice, try OM Vinyasa, our flowing class that builds strength and movement awareness.

    Slower practice

If you prefer something slower, Yin and Sound offers deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

    Basics

To begin with the basics, OM Foundation is a great place to start.

    Beyond yoga

Beyond yoga, we also offer Pilates, flexibility training, functional mobility, handstands, and aerial yoga to complement and support your practice.
