Payments

All payments for classes, workshops, trainings, and other services are processed through one of the following methods:

• Areeba
• Wish
• Cash

Additional bank or transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method used. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policies below.

Class Packages and Memberships

Class packages are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Packages are non transferable and must be used by the person who purchased them. Unused classes cannot be refunded once the package has been activated.

Class Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a class, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking 2 hours in advance to allow another student to take the spot. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the session being deducted from your package.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful class environment, participants are encouraged to arrive before the class begins. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class once it has started, particularly if the class includes warm up or safety instructions. If entry is not possible due to late arrival, the class may still be deducted from your package.

Workshops, Trainings, and Special Events

Registrations for workshops, teacher trainings, and special events may be subject to specific cancellation and refund policies depending on the program. Details regarding deposits, payment schedules, and refund eligibility will be communicated during registration for each program.

Teacher Training Policies

Teacher trainings may require a deposit to secure your place. Deposits are generally non refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific training agreement. In the event that Ohana Space must cancel or postpone a training, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid.

Retreat Policies

Retreat bookings may require a deposit to confirm participation. Deposit and payment policies for retreats will be communicated at the time of booking. Due to the nature of travel and accommodation commitments, deposits may be non refundable. Participants are encouraged to review retreat specific terms before confirming their reservation.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through Ohana Space are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a respectful and supportive practice environment, we ask that all participants:

• Arrive on time for class
• Respect the space, teachers, and fellow students
• Follow studio guidelines and teacher instructions during practice

Ohana Space reserves the right to refuse participation if a student's behavior disrupts the class environment or compromises safety.

Liability

Participation in yoga, movement, and wellness practices involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By attending classes or events at Ohana Space, participants acknowledge that they practice at their own risk and accept full responsibility for their participation. Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before class.

Changes to Terms

Ohana Space reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
