We Grow Together

A home for movement, stillness, and connection where practice becomes a shared journey of growth.

    Our Methods

Ohana Space was founded in 2018 by Serah Barakat. The first classes took place in her family garden, where small summer gatherings gradually grew into a community built around the practice of yoga and movement. Today the space is led by Serah and her partner Nader, who joined along the way, as they continue to nurture and grow the Ohana community together. With two permanent studios and seasonal outdoor locations, Ohana offers a multidisciplinary approach to movement and wellbeing, bringing together yoga, breathwork, strength practices, and healing modalities within a supportive and welcoming environment.

Practice becomes more meaningful when it is shared.

At Ohana we believe growth happens when people feel supported and free to explore their own path. Our space is guided by four simple pillars.

    Growth

    Growth

Showing up again and again and allowing the practice to evolve with you.

    Safety

    Safety

Creating an environment where everyone feels respected and supported.

    Alignment

    Alignment

Finding balance between body, mind, and breath.

    Community

    Community

Practicing alongside others who inspire and uplift one another.

Our approach to teaching combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and intelligent sequencing.

OM Vinyasa was born from a simple yet powerful intention, to meet people where they are while keeping the door open for limitless potential.

We wanted a method that feels rooted in yogic tradition yet responsive to the realities of modern life and ever changing bodies. A practice that teaches with clarity, moves with integrity, and creates space for authenticity to unfold.

    Ohana yoga class

This method has been shaped through years of teaching, learning, and listening, to students, to our own bodies, and to the world around us.

It is a living approach designed to help you sequence with purpose, teach with presence, and stay connected to your WHY every time you step on the mat.

The Ohana family is made of passionate and experienced teachers who embody the practice they share. Each teacher brings their own voice, background, and perspective, creating a diverse environment where movement can be explored with knowledge, authenticity, and care.
